Job Description
We seek enthusiastic and motivated Sales Agents to sell our wide range of products to civil servants. The ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service, have a knack for sales, and possess a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of civil servants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sales: Promote and sell Coverzen’s products to civil servants, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of all products offered by Coverzen and effectively communicate this information to potential customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or dealing with civil servants.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one local language.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivation: Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technology Savvy: Basic understanding of using technology to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
